Membership Cancellations Policy:
You can cancel or pause your membership any time. All pauses must be 2 weeks or longer. You must submit a cancellation or pause request to us at hello@outhereyoga.com at least 5 business days before your membership renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for last-minute or after-the-fact cancellation requests.
One-off
Refund Policy
All yoga class and workshop purchases are non-refundable. Unused purchases can be returned to you as a credit, as long as you don’t cancel a workshop or specialty class registration after the stated cancellation window is closed.
If you become injured or move, you can transfer your yoga membership or package to someone else.
All auto-renewing membership cancellation requests must be made at least 5 business days before your renewal date.
