  • [40 Days] can be such a powerful tool to meet you wherever you are in life. It will uncover your true feelings about the moment you are currently in and give you insightful ways to help with them. It also allows you to feel so connected to the students in the studio, steamboat, and the incredible teachers

  • It is nice to be surrounded by others who are working on the same challenge--it motivated me to keep going, even when it felt like things were too busy.

  • In today’s modern world, there is such value with quieting the mind and body, this practice allows one to be connected with herself. As a parent and educator, we give so much sometimes at a cost to self. Truly self care allows me to be more present and capable to serve others as well.

  • My word of the year is EXPAND, and I know that as I continue in this practice with this community I will continue to expand in ways I can't imagine. Also, my balance and strength improved so much. I had not done yoga in 17 years and so it feels really good to lean into something that was so important to me at a certain phase of my life.

    —Marni

  • It helped me find my home after recently moving to Steamboat. The leaders are so powerful and transformative. They help you clear away what you decide is no longer serving you, to make room for new intentions and goals for yourself. [...“Y]ou already have yourself, but in nature you get to remember,” this program helped me to remember what I already knew deep down about myself and my intentions.
