Why I practice:

To connect back in to myself. To take time to lessen the noise of the outside world and ground back into what matters.

Why I teach:

To help others get back to themselves, to ground back in and be able to move and connect in a way that is right for their individual body and practice.

My promise to you:

Is to hold space for whatever is needed in the practice, to provide a challenging yet grounding experience that allows for a reset and a connection back in. To allow for opportunity for choice in the practice.

What OHY means to me:

Community and healing. OHY is the place I go to in order tor process life, heal, reset, try something new, and connect with amazing humans. It's been the place that I continue coming back to no matter what is happening in my life, and OHY has supported and seen me in many chapters of my life.

What's something unexpected yoga has taught you?

That doing the hardest pose is not necessarily the goal.
